اكد موقع ايطالي متخصص في القنوات التلفزيونية الفضائية ان شركة "Viaccess تستعد للاطلاق بطاقة جديدة تعمل بنظام viaccess 5.0 
ميزة هدا النظام وهو انه من المستحيل تشغيله بالشرينغ اي غير ممكن الحصول على المفاتيح عبر الإنترنت.
كما ان هناك اخباراً ان اول باقة ستستعمل هدا النظام هي الباقة الفرنسية «Canal + France» *
