Method To Recover your Starline Bx 100 Combo Satellite Receiver.
1️⃣ Format the USB flash to FAT32 System

2️⃣ Download the Repair Software We Gave the Link Below. And Put It Inside the Usb Flash
Without Any Folder.

3️⃣ Press the Menu Button from Your Remote Control until Your Decoder Goes On.

4️⃣ Now Release the Menu Button and Wait for The Process. when The Process Goes to 100%, the Receiver Is Ok Now.
