Added:(Atlas HD-200) PowerVu system emulator implementation with menu support. Please note that KDF files from this version will not be compatible with old ones, dus to the system added. A new version of the PC key editor will be released.

Fixed:(Atlas HD-200) Some cryptoworks providers such as Idman channel. To apply the changes, you must load defaults for Cryptoworks.

PS: This version changes the conditional access data bases. So be warned if you upgrade and you want to go back to previous versions, you will loose your data. So please make back ups.
