أي أن مهمة البرنامج هي تحسين جودة الصور و حتى تنظيم الصور و ترتيبها على جهاز الكمبيوتر و يدعم البرنامج العديد من الإمتدادات الخاصة بالصور الحديثة مثل الJPG
و يمكن للبرنامج إنشاء وترمارك للصور و أيضا ألبومات صور HTML ، حذف العيون الحمراء التي تظهر في الصور و إضافة كلمات دلالية للصور لتسهيل إيجادها لاحقا
